We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmaceutical company's hotel in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Manage and train hotel staff to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with other departments within the pharmaceutical company to promote the hotel and attract new business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of hotel operations software and systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
