We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The Housekeeping Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations within our facilities to ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all facilities.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and inspect all areas to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize housekeeping operations.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and housekeeping management software.
