We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations in a fast-paced environment within the energy sector in Abu Dhabi. The Housekeeping Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within the facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas within the facility to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that housekeeping services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitor and manage the housekeeping budget, including inventory control and cost management.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a large team of housekeeping staff.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
