We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager to join our Manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the facility.
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any housekeeping-related issues.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
