We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and mentor new housekeeping staff
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards
- Handle any customer complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and priorities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping or related field is a plus
