We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations within our telecommunications company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations
- Manage payroll and benefits administration for all employees
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure high performance and job satisfaction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- [X] years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in managing a team of HR professionals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
