Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within the Information Technology industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Manage the performance appraisal process and work with managers to develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handle any legal or compliance issues that may arise.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on key HR KPIs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- [X] years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the Information Technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations.
- HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
