We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization, with a specific focus on the Energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program, including payroll administration.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in the Energy sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
