Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Sharjah. This role is vital in managing and enhancing our human resources functions, supporting our organizational goals, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

2. Employee Onboarding and Development:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and support professional development.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to align employee growth with organizational objectives.

3. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive employee engagement and accountability.
- Provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques and address performance-related issues.

4. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and adhere to local labor laws.

5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market competitiveness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend adjustments to maintain employee satisfaction and retention.

6. HR Strategy and Compliance:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.

7. Culture and Engagement:
- Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
