We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As the HVAC Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems for our transportation and logistics operations. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure that all HVAC systems are functioning properly to maintain a comfortable and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of HVAC technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee the installation and repair of HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor inventory of HVAC parts and equipment to ensure adequate supply
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate HVAC maintenance and repair activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and address any issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
