We are seeking an experienced Import Manager to join our Real Estate company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the importing process of various materials and products used in our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement import strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to arrange shipments.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they arrive on time and in good condition.
- Manage all customs clearance and documentation requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive rates.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise during the import process.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with import laws.
- Analyze import data and reports to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Lead a team of import coordinators and provide guidance and training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import management within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and import management software.
