We are seeking an experienced Import Manager to join our Healthcare organization based in Abu Dhabi. The Import Manager will be responsible for overseeing the importation of healthcare products and equipment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement import strategies to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement of healthcare products and equipment.
- Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to coordinate the timely delivery of goods.
- Manage the customs clearance process and ensure compliance with all import regulations.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to importation of healthcare products.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and import management software.
