We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial management with proven experience in leading and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing facility
- Set and achieve production targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage a team of supervisors and operators, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in industrial operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
