We are seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our telecommunications operations, including manufacturing, production, quality control, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure timely production and delivery of telecommunications equipment
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
- Manage the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and motivate a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals
