Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is pivotal in overseeing the operational efficiency of our financial services division, ensuring that our processes align with industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management within the financial services sector and will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows, and enhancing service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Lead the daily operations of the financial services unit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Supervise operational teams to maintain high service levels and efficiency.

- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within current operations and develop strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Implement best practices and industry benchmarks to streamline processes.

- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and areas for development.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, compliance, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to operational excellence. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals.

- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects aimed at improving operational capabilities, including technology upgrades and process re-engineering initiatives. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that all operational processes minimize risk and comply with regulatory standards.

- Customer Focus: Maintain a strong client-centric approach, ensuring that operations support the delivery of exceptional customer service. Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within the financial services sector.

- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational improvements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the UAE financial services industry is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
