We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with a focus on industrial projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall industrial construction program from start to finish
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Monitor progress and performance of projects, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions
- Manage project resources effectively to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
- Communicate regularly with project team and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare and present reports on project status, budget, and schedule to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
