We are seeking an experienced Industrial Program Manager to join our Retail team in Dubai. The Industrial Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various industrial projects within the Retail sector. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as experience in developing and implementing industrial programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement industrial programs to improve efficiency and productivity within the Retail sector
- Manage multiple industrial projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Track and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
