We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Officer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As an Industrial Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors on construction sites. You will work closely with management to implement safety protocols and procedures, conduct regular inspections, and provide safety training to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, PPE usage, and emergency procedures
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to management
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and participate in safety audits and inspections
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in safety technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in the construction industry
- Professional certification in industrial safety (e.g. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety)
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
