Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Industrial Safety Officer to join our manufacturing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by implementing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and providing training to employees. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of manufacturing facilities to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including safety data sheets, incident reports, and safety training records.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices, emergency response procedures, and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with management to assess safety risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain records of compliance activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safe work procedures for various manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and industry trends to continuously improve safety practices.
- Promote safety awareness through safety campaigns, workshops, and meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop effective safety solutions.
- Proficient in using safety management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
