We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Injection Molding Engineer Assistant to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with our Injection Molding Engineer to support the manufacturing process and ensure the efficient and effective production of plastic components for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production processes
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment or processes to minimize downtime
- Assist in the development and implementation of new injection molding processes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the injection molding area to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in injection molding operations within the construction industry
- Strong technical skills and understanding of injection molding processes
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
