Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Engineer Assistant to join our team in Al Ain within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The ideal candidate will have experience working in injection molding processes, preferably within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Injection Molding Engineer in designing, developing, and implementing injection molding processes for aerospace and defense components
- Conduct research and analysis to improve existing injection molding processes and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of injection molding projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of injection molded parts
- Assist in the selection and procurement of injection molding equipment and materials
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of all injection molding processes and activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field

- Knowledge of CAD software and injection molding simulation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
