We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Molding Engineer to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes and equipment, as well as a solid understanding of plastics engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize injection molding processes to improve production efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with injection molding equipment
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
- Develop and implement new injection molding technologies and techniques
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of injection molding machines
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on injection molding processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- [Number] years of experience in injection molding processes and equipment
- Strong knowledge of plastics materials and their properties
- Experience with mold design and tooling
- Proficiency in CAD software for design and simulation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
