We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce construction components
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and consistency of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machines or molds
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with production team to meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Keep detailed records of production runs and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding within the construction industry
- Knowledge of different types of molds and materials used in injection molding
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
