We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in injection molding within the healthcare industry and possess strong technical knowledge of the process.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality healthcare products
- Monitor machine parameters and make adjustments as needed to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the molding process
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of molds and machines
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to optimize processes and improve product quality
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in injection molding within the healthcare industry
- Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
