We are seeking a motivated and energetic Insurance Agent to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses. You will be required to assess the needs of clients and recommend the most suitable insurance products to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop leads and secure new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct thorough client consultations to determine their insurance needs and financial goals
- Educate clients on the different types of insurance policies available and recommend the most appropriate coverage
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients and negotiate terms and premiums
- Process insurance applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Maintain client records and follow up with clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- UAE driving license is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Insurance (e.g. CII, ACII)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
