Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess insurance claims related to real estate transactions, including property damage, liability, and loss of rent claims.
- Gather and verify necessary documentation to support claims, including photographs, repair estimates, and police reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to facilitate the claims process.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims filed, ensuring timely updates and documentation in the claims management system.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement in claims processing.
- Process payments for approved claims and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal requirements related to insurance claims.
- Prepare reports on claims activity, including summaries of claims filed and outcomes, and present findings to management as required.
- Assist in training new staff members on claims processing procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations that may affect claims processing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance claims processing, particularly in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, claims procedures, and local regulations.
- Proficient in using claims management software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
