We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all insurance-related matters within the company, ensuring compliance with local regulations and implementing cost-effective insurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Evaluate and select insurance providers to secure the best coverage at the most competitive rates
- Negotiate insurance contracts and terms with insurance providers
- Manage insurance claims and coordinate with adjusters to ensure timely and fair settlements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance coverage
- Monitor insurance trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure insurance requirements are met for all projects
- Prepare and present insurance reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in insurance management within the Real Estate industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
