We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all financial assets and inventory within our organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of all financial assets and inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions related to inventory, including purchases, transfers, and disposals
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent stockouts
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate inventory needs and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and financial asset management for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
