We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join our pharmaceutical company located in Al Ain. The Inventory Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular audits, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and address any issues
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure accurate forecasting and planning
- Train and supervise inventory control staff to ensure compliance with inventory procedures and policies
- Implement and maintain inventory management software systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in inventory control
