Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to oversee and manage our inventory processes within the Information Technology sector based in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, optimizing stock management, and implementing efficient inventory control systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a strong background in inventory management, preferably within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to optimize inventory management and minimize costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs and align stock levels with business demands.
- Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory performance, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies.
- Identify and address issues related to inventory shortages, excess stock, and product obsolescence.
- Manage the inventory management system and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in inventory control and management.
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce operational inefficiencies.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage returns and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or control, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Proven track record of implementing inventory control best practices and process improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
