We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Manager to join our manufacturing team in Abu Dhabi. The Inventory Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control, including planning, organizing, and monitoring the company's inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs
- Monitor inventory levels and track inventory movements to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely procurement of materials
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies
- Implement best practices for inventory management and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports to provide insights on inventory performance and trends
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless coordination between inventory levels and production schedules
- Train and mentor inventory management staff to ensure adherence to inventory control policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
