We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the telecommunications sector. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting senior team members in executing a variety of financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, and strategic advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis on the telecommunications sector to identify potential investment opportunities and market trends
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memorandums
- Support senior team members in managing client relationships, including preparing presentations and pitch materials
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal advisors, accountants, and other financial institutions, to execute transactions
- Monitor market developments and regulatory changes that may impact telecommunications investments
- Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements and conducting company and industry analysis
- Contribute to the development of innovative financial solutions and strategies for clients in the telecommunications sector

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal team members
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and market dynamics
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
