Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to oversee and coordinate our IT initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT programs, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of transportation and logistics technologies. This role requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs and projects related to transportation and logistics, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and IT, to identify program requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress, risks, and changes.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and deliver regular status reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for enhancement in processes and technologies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in transportation and logistics to inform program development and decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT program or project management, preferably within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale IT programs from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting and resource management, as well as vendor evaluation and selection.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation systems, supply chain management, and related technologies is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) are preferred.

Working Conditions:
- This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Occasional travel may be required for project meetings or site visits.
