We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Coach to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential in the workplace, particularly within the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment in order to help them succeed in their job roles within the consumer goods industry
- Develop individualized employment plans and goals for each client, tailored to their specific needs and abilities
- Conduct job readiness assessments and skills training to prepare clients for employment opportunities
- Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job placements and provide ongoing support to ensure client success in the workplace
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to employment plans as needed
- Advocate for clients and promote inclusive practices within the workplace

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.)
- At least 2-5 years of experience working as a job coach or in a similar role within the consumer goods industry
- Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disabilities and other marginalized populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Dubai
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
