We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Job Coach to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Job Coach in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities or special needs to help them secure and maintain employment within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify the individual's skills, interests, and career goals
- Develop individualized employment plans and strategies
- Provide job readiness training, including resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette
- Assist in job search activities, including identifying job opportunities and networking with potential employers
- Provide on-the-job support and coaching to help individuals learn job tasks and work effectively
- Advocate for accommodations and modifications in the workplace to support the individual's success
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure job retention and advancement
- Collaborate with employers, coworkers, and other support services to create an inclusive and supportive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, rehabilitation counseling)
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs in a job coaching or vocational rehabilitation role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and job opportunities
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to disability employment
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
