We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Job Developer to join our pharmaceutical company based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to recruit and retain top talent within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for available positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide career coaching and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
