Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Job Developer to join our dynamic team in the retail sector in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with local businesses, identifying job opportunities, and connecting employers with job seekers. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with retail businesses in Abu Dhabi to identify their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Job Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the retail job market to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Stay updated on industry developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.

- Job Opportunity Development: Actively seek out and develop job opportunities within the retail sector. This includes networking with business owners, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

- Candidate Screening and Placement: Assist job seekers in preparing for interviews and connect them with potential employers. Screen candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and expectations of employers.

- Workshops and Training: Organize and facilitate workshops, job fairs, and training sessions to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge for the retail industry. Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of job placements, candidate interactions, and employer feedback. Prepare regular reports on job development activities and outcomes for management review.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as marketing, training, and customer service to enhance the overall job development strategy and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in job development, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong understanding of the retail industry, including knowledge of key roles and skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
