We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Job Placement Assistant to join our team in Dubai within the construction industry. The Job Placement Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the placement of construction professionals into various job opportunities within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential job opportunities within the construction industry in Dubai
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and match them with suitable job placements
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and potential employers

- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and job placements
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and other industry partners to expand job placement opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, job placement, or a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Dubai's construction industry and job market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
