We are seeking a skilled and motivated Job Placement Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in the manufacturing sector. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between job seekers and employers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific forums.

- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing companies to understand their staffing needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.

- Resume Screening: Review and assess candidate resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, skills, and compatibility with client needs.

- Job Matching: Utilize advanced matching techniques to connect candidates with suitable job openings in the manufacturing sector, ensuring a high level of job satisfaction for both parties.

- Consultation Services: Provide career counseling and guidance to candidates, assisting them in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive salary benchmarks to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, placements, and feedback to track success metrics and improve future recruitment strategies.

- Networking: Attend industry events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and build a strong professional network within the manufacturing sector.

- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining a high standard of ethical practice.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or job placement, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing roles, processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
