We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Judicial Law Clerk to join our Construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and litigation, with a keen interest in the legal aspects of the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on construction law matters and provide support to judges in drafting opinions and decisions
- Assist in preparing legal documents, briefs, and court filings related to construction disputes
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences to support judges in the resolution of construction cases
- Collaborate with attorneys, experts, and other legal professionals to gather evidence and information for construction cases
- Review and analyze construction contracts, specifications, and project documents to identify legal issues and provide recommendations to judges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- Admission to the bar in Dubai or eligibility to practice law in the UAE
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a Judicial Law Clerk or in a similar legal role
- Strong knowledge of construction law and litigation procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
