Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Transportation and Logistics department in Dubai. The Judicial Law Clerk will provide support to the judges and assist in the preparation and research of legal documents related to transportation and logistics cases.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on transportation and logistics laws and regulations
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memorandums
- Review and analyze case files and evidence
- Prepare for court hearings and trials by organizing case materials and drafting pre-trial motions
- Attend court proceedings and take notes on key points discussed
- Assist with case management and administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates on case progress
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Licensed to practice law in the UAE
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software
- Prior experience working in a law firm or judicial setting is preferred
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics laws is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Less than 8 years of experience in the legal field
