We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the healthcare industry, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain key accounts in the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the company's market share
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on key account performance and market trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
