We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Aide to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Kindergarten Aide, you will work closely with the kindergarten teacher to provide support and assistance in the classroom, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young students to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the kindergarten teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson planning
- Support students in their learning and social development
- Supervise students during playtime, meals, and outdoor activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on student progress
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of educational materials
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Basic knowledge of child development and early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
