We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

As the Labor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of labor relations within the organization. This includes negotiating collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will work closely with employees, union representatives, and management to promote positive labor relations and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements
- Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
- Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations issues
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct training and workshops on labor relations topics
- Maintain positive relationships with union representatives and employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
