We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, managing a team of laboratory technicians, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all activities within the laboratory, including testing, analysis, and reporting
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of testing and analysis
- Review and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of new testing methods and technologies
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
- Conduct regular safety inspections and training to ensure a safe working environment for all laboratory staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis techniques
- Experience with quality control and quality assurance processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
