We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee our retail laboratory operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing laboratory processes, equipment, and staff to ensure efficient and accurate testing procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely testing of products.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment.
- Oversee laboratory staff training and development, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests, results, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory testing into the overall retail operations.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology to continuously improve testing processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, or a related science).

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
