We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Laboratory Manager to oversee our laboratory operations in Abu Dhabi within the energy industry. The Laboratory Manager will be responsible for leading a team of lab technicians, maintaining laboratory equipment and facilities, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all laboratory operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency in testing processes
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate testing results
- Manage inventory and supplies, and oversee procurement of new equipment as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of laboratory activities and test results
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to ensure the laboratory remains at the forefront of technology and innovation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Engineering)
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in a laboratory management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality control measures
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
