We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Program Manager to join our healthcare team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and managing a team of laboratory technicians and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations
- Oversee the procurement and maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies
- Manage the scheduling of laboratory tests and procedures to ensure timely and accurate results
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of laboratory staff, providing feedback and training as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate laboratory services and ensure seamless patient care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CLIA and CAP guidelines
- Develop and maintain quality control programs to monitor the accuracy and precision of laboratory tests
- Manage the budget for the laboratory, including forecasting expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, including testing protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for clinical laboratories in the UAE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems
