We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Operations Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Aerospace and Defense industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory facilities and managing all aspects of our testing and research programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the laboratory operations in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of laboratory technicians and engineers, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and execute testing programs according to industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols
- Develop and manage budgets for laboratory operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment
- Regularly review and assess the efficiency and effectiveness of laboratory processes, implementing improvements as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend and implement new testing methodologies
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of projects and the overall performance of the laboratory operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations management within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality control processes
- Experience in project management, budgeting, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
