We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Development Assistant to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for land development in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of the local regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and development of land for pharmaceutical purposes, including site selection, zoning, and permitting processes
- Conduct research on potential land development opportunities and present findings to the team
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and track progress of land development projects, providing regular updates to management
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits from local authorities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to land development projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in land development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and requirements for land development in Ajman
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
